Phill Kline and others sued by former chief domestic-violence prosecutor
Johnson County’s former chief domestic-violence prosecutor has filed a sex discrimination lawsuit against former district attorney Phill Kline and others. The lawsuit filed last month in Johnson County District Court repeats allegations Jacqie Spradling has made before the state Human Rights Commission.
